According to a royal specialist, Kate Middleton is disregarding the chaos caused by Prince Harry’s autobiographical book ‘Spare’, which has brought on multiple criticisms of the monarchy, including her.
Kate Middleton Has ‘Totally Ignored’ Harry’s Memoir By Pressing Ahead With Her Shaping Us Project-Says Russel Myers
Instead, the Princess of Wales has decided to concentrate on her own endeavours. This has been seen through the revelations and the response.
Harry accused Kate of stereotyping Meghan Markle as a ‘bi-racial’ American actress that was divorced. While that may have been the case, Kate has had bigger things to focus on.
Kate has initiated her Shaping Us project, a bold effort that was created to bring attention to the essential period of a child’s growth, from before birth to the age of five.
Russel Myers, who happens to be a royal expert, had this to say: “I was speaking to someone at the Palace when [Spare] was kicking off and we knew that [Shaping Us] was about to be launched. And they said, ‘listen, [Spare] is in the past, [the Waleses’] have totally ignored it.”
During a chat with radio personality Roman Kemp, Kate expressed that the project was not limited to just rearing children and also concerns about forming a more caring culture and a more benevolent society.
They talked about a range of issues such as mental health, parenting and the early stages of life. And in the process of doing so, the Princess of Wales recognised that this was a tough challenge. After all, she is a mother of three who has to protect her kids from the public limelight.
Kate’s following comments confirmed as much: “It’s actually saying they need the support and help reprioritising family life, home life and all that it takes really in raising children today – because it is tough.”
Harry and Kate may not be on the same page, but they certainly have enough things to keep themselves occupied in the meantime.
So there you have it folks. What did you think about this? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
