Joe Rogan is a training freak and a physically strong individual. He keeps his shape through regular training, healthy food, sauna, and let’s be honest, hormone replacement therapy as he puts it, or simply steroids. Each October he arranges a ‘Sober October’ challenge for himself and his several friends. The challenge requires them to train, eat healthily, and not consume any drugs or alcohol for a full month.
Joe Rogan made a tradition out of it, when the ‘sober October is over, to meet with his friends and reveal how each of them passed the month. In addition, they share their results concerning losing weight and their personal records for running, pull-ups, push-ups, and other kinds of exercises they practiced during the month.

Joe Rogan is a very active person. He is one of the most famous podcasters in the world, and he is a color commentator for the UFC. In addition, he is training in several sports for many years. Through the knowledge gained from his training in taekwondo, kickbox, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, he can depict and put the fights in words in a way that is unquestionably colorful and descriptive.
The famous podcaster knows how to recognize a good physique. Furthermore, he is not afraid to comment on it and give praise. Coupled with this he even might give an insight on that if he thinks someone is on steroids. A couple of months ago, he praised Chris Hemsworth for his physique. As he did that, he did mention that Christ might be on steroids. But nonetheless, he acknowledged that Chris’ physique could not be made overnight. He pointed out that his looks required a lot of work as well.
In a recent episode of the Joe Rogan Experience, the host challenged his guests to a contest. He challenged them to find out who can do the most pushups. While his two friends did 15 and 30 pushups, Joe Rogan effortlessly smashed 75 in a row.
Joe Rogan admits to taking steroids. He tells it in a way that it seems like he is not taking some huge amounts of it. But he is surely taking enough for his body to perform as it should. With the steroids, Rogan strives to keep up the lean muscle needed for sustaining the training and keeping his bulked looks.
As he is not shy to admit to using steroids, he is not shy to point his finger and expose guys that are taking them. Especially the ones that take them, but do not admit to doing so. One of those people is the ‘Liver King’. If you are not familiar with who he is, he is a Youtube personality. He eats raw uncooked food and certainly has the buffed looks associated with taking steroids. Joe Rogan exposed him claiming that ‘there is no way that guy is natural’.
